Nectvia is run by one individual, not a company. There is no commercial register entry, no VAT identification number and no supervisory authority, because none applies to a service of this kind at this size.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something is wrong, write to us and we will try to put it right.
